Namaste Sattva Retreats
NamasteSattva retreats aim to bring an experience of meditation and breathing practices, mantras, yoga postures and relaxation, so that we are able to manage our psychological stress levels in everyday life.
In this course we learn pranayama techniques, such as Nadi Shodana, we will have mantra practices for you to do in your daily life after the course and we learn a Krīya Yoga purification practice, where you can meet us weekly through Zoom to do after the retreat. practice continuously and regularly.
We currently offer the retreat in face-to-face and full-line formats.
In the face-to-face format, it is usually in a weekend format, arriving on a Friday and leaving on Monday. And, in the full-line format of 40 hours, with a duration of 5 days, and check-in the day before the evening via the internet and in some combined checkout according to each edition.
These two formats have slightly different proposals, but both present the main technique of Krīya Namaste Sattva.
